Time to say goodbye.

Don't worry, I'm not leaving.

But my website is undergoing a remodel and we hope to have her spring to life in the next couple of weeks.

My first website launched in 2000, and there have been so many changes in web design since then - as you know!

Actually, my site has gone through, I think, four different remodels.  Each time the tools get better, and it's always fun to have a new format to dive into!

And with the upcoming release of Plant-Based Journey, well, this just seemed like the perfect time.

And with my birthday on the calendar this week, could timing be any better?

For today, I've been itching to share with you our favorite breakfast around here.

It tastes like cherry pie, I kid you not!
