Not a week goes by that I don't receive a few messages asking about Rockie, ourrescue squirrel - and honorary mascot of the Plant-Based Journey.

Greg just published a video update - we haven't seen her in awhile, and she had her set of challenges last summer - yet we remain hopeful! Get ready to laugh - and shed a few tears - with the most recent update on our fine furry friend:

With the beautiful weather we've been having in Northern California, maybe she'll pop out of the woods and surprise us soon.  I know  we've been taking full advantage of the sun and warmth, biking and hiking on the Pacific Coast over Christmas as if it were July.  Video soon!
