Just in case you missed the August 22 mailing...

Hi ,

The agonizing decisions one must make when dealt the breast cancer card are undeniably difficult.  I have been fortunate to not have had this experience personally nor in my immediate family, though some relatives by marriage have.

Not so with Sharon, who watched her mother receive an early diagnosis, suffer off and on for 26 years, and ultimately succumb to this deadly disease just over four years ago.

Watching her mother's advancing disease lit a fire in Sharon to find out all she could about prevention - vs. the debilitating treatment that she watched her mother go through.

Today on the Plant-Based Fitness blog, Sharon tells her story - and how she became inspired to revolutionize her family's health and even her career.

I had the great good fortune of meeting up with Sharon and her family earlier this summer at Vegetarian Summerfest in Pennsylvania (see photo right) where she first told me her story. I'm honored to share her story with you today:

Please come by and share your thoughts with Sharon.

See you there,
