Hi ,

Do you use a pressure cooker in your kitchen?

As someone who loves to eat, but cooking?  Hmmm, make it fast and easy please so that I can get on to the good part - eating! - I have appreciated cooking pressure-cooker style for some time. Now I have a new edition that has made things easier than ever and I have to tell you about it.

This past week, in my new pressure cooker I've cooked:
  • an entire 5 pound sack of potatoes at once,
  • a large intact butternut squash,
  • a whole acorn squash - uncut,
  • a giant bunch of kale, and
  • a big pot of lentil soup in mine.
And I've got the pictures to prove it.

If you're all set with a pressure cooker you love, then keep on cooking - and come by the blog and share your favorite tips. But if you just
happen to be in the market for one of these
plant-foodie power tools, then hopefully this
review will be of assistance to you.

Passing $45 savings along to you

Not long ago the kind crew at Instant Pot offered to send me one of their electric pressure cookers to review (they were instant fans of the Fit Quickies book!) to review for the plant-based fitness enthusiasts.  They offered me a tidy commission but I'm passing on any commission to score a deep discount for you - $45 off the listed price as a matter of fact.

All of the details of my new cooking adventure, more snapshots, and the discount code await you at the plant-based fitness blog here:

I invite you to come by and tell me what you think - and if you have one, please share YOUR favorite pressure cooker tips and brand, OK?

Enjoy what you eat!
