It's true!  Woman's Day Magazine just contacted me as they are interested in featuring a targeted upper body exercise in an upcoming issue and they thought a Fit Quickie would be perfect.  

How fun is this?  I'm working with them now - it would be a short segment as part of a news section in an upcoming issue. Keep your fingers crossed and I''ll keep you posted!
 
And that's not the only good news this week.  Actually, Karen has GREAT news.  She's now down 20 pounds, 2 sizes, a cascade of cholesterol numbers, and way up in hope and enthusiasm.  Karen is more than happy to share her story with you - and she spills ALL the details!

Karen is a busy professional.  As professor of nursing at Bethel University, Karen frequently finds herself in Uganda for weeks at a time as part of her instructional duties. And she STILL has accomplished this body transformation, in spite of two trips to Africa already during our time together polishing the 3 pillars.
