Just in case you missed the November 1 mailing...
Hi , November 1, 2012
For years I labored under the delusion (I"ll explain) that I was an 'emotional overeater'.
I even fessed up to the statement: "I'm a compulsive overeater", hoping for a breakthrough.
Still, the frustrating and excruciating experience of continuing to eat on an overfilled stomach continued and the long term relief from it eluded me. And all the self-exploration and screams of supplication on my knees never made a difference until I got a few things straight.
To boil it down to the bones, , the answer was found wrapped in three gifts. These I refer to in my practice as the 3 Pillars.
On last night's Success Club call, these 6 steps were the focus. And the topic was so well received, gauged by participation during the call and the messages I've received since, I decided I just had to share my notes with you.
Here you go: 6 steps that stop compulsive overeating. Yours for a healthy, happy, and fit week!
![]() P.S. I'm also breaking protocol and making the recording of last night's call available to you if you sign up for Success Club. Recordings of the monthly trainings are usually not available after the fact, but in the spirit of the holidays we're changing that this month. And remember, with Success Club you can cancel at any time. No worries, even if Success Club isn't for you, you get my notes for the 'food' portion of the call in today's article.
