Hi , August 9, 2012
You're making changes with your eats, your moves, your thinking. You're excited about the possibilities and are already getting some great results. Yet surprise surprise, not everyone around you is on board. Why can't they see the wisdom of your new ways?
Let's face it, you may be swimming upstream in certain venues - old friends, favorite restaurants, family. But it doesn't mean that you can't kindly take a stand. Stand up for your health, your convictions, your greater best interest. And be kind and loving at the same time.
To help with the project, I've put together some ideas for how to take a stand on your plant-based food plan. I'd love to hear your suggestions too so please add them to the article, linked below.
Here's to a healthy, happy and fit week!
