Just in case you missed the August 19 mailing...
Hi , August 17, 2012
I suspect that the title of today's healthy, fit, happy and hot news inspired one of 3 responses from you. ![]()
Maybe you've got another response entirely, or some variation on one of these themes. If so, I'm sure hoping you'll tell me all about it. If you have never struggled with a weight problem, I know the whole issue of stepping on and off the scale and getting the news it delivers may seem like a real head-scratcher to you. But if you like me have a long (or even short) history of the complexity of struggles surrounding this simple step - the one onto the bathroom scale - then I have no doubt that this week's topic and discussions will be of interest to you.
In my desire to help you find the peace with your scale that I've found with mine (this from a former OCW - obsessive compulsive weigher), we're diving into the topic of bath scales. Do they help you keep your weight on track? When you touch your toe to the scale - even with your magination - does it bring up a tip-of-the-iceberg internal mess for you?
Come on by the blog and tell your thoughts. Parts 1 and 2 of 3 are linked below.
Here's to a healthy, happy and fit week!
