Hi , July 5, 2012
With the July 4 holiday smack dab in the middle of the upcoming week, this week's news is coming out early - don't want to miss you when you're out celebrating the 4th!
I hope to hit a yummers veg restaurant or two while traveling this week, maybe even a rematch at my favorite San Francisco destination restaurant, Millennium. Owner Ann Wheat and her husband are down-to-earthers like you wouldn't believe, and sous chef Stephanie Roston is a Registered Dietician! At Millennium, you know you are in good hands. That's Ann and Stephanie with yours truly in the snapshot right, at a recent delectible meal at Millennium.
Ever feel like you can't get traction on moving forward with your healthy, weight loss or fitness plan? Why do we get stuck? We've all been there. An inertia sets in. Or things get so complex in our lives that our food and exercise and everything surrounding them take a back seat.
We know it's the one thing that will make everything else better - control over our food, eating, and weight. And it does. But when we're stuck, we're stuck. If you need a boost to get back on track, the '3 tips' article linked below may be just the ticket for you today. Here's to a healthy, happy and fit week ahead!
