Here's hoping the holi-days are good ones for you. And that the 10 food & fitness survival tips I've been posting each day have come in handy.
I know it's a big busy time for you so I'll be quick. Yet I can't go without leaving you with the last couple of tips...
Just this morning, #10 went up on the blog. It's called "Don't throw in the towel" and it's all about choices we can make each minute to be the best we can be. It's about not throwing in the towel if we fall short of a goal because in the next instant we can turn the whole thing around.
Your health is your greatest ally in the buzz and busy of the holidays. Eat well. Move your body. Don't forget it.
