[FitDream] what's mindset got to do with it?

Published: Sun, 12/18/11

Just in case you missed the December 15 mailing...
Hi ,                                                                                 December 15, 2011

What's mindset got to do with it?

A heck of an awful lot.  When it comes to success in any challenge you undertake, not the least of being your goals for health, fitness, and keeping your weight in check, without getting your head in the right place about it all, fuhgeddaboudit.  Am I right?

And boy do you get it.  The majority of responders to BOTH surveys that I have mailed out in the past few weeks said "staying motivated"  and "mindset" are right at the top of your concerns.

For this reason, I immediately kicked in the "Top 10 Survival Tips for the Holidays Series" which continues this week.

But I didn't stop there.  I'm excited to share with you that I am putting the finishing touches on an bigger, deeper, even more focused series that I will have for you soon. I'll let you know when she's ready!  (It will be available in advance of the "How to" guide on fitness, ideal weight, and a plant-strong diet...she's coming'!)

So honored to be on this healthy, fit, happy journey with you ,

P.S. Motivational tip:  Stay connected with support. Subscribe to the blog broadcast HERE and I will send you an automatic email every time a new post goes up on the Plant-strong blog.

P.P.S. FREE December Teleclass:  Were you on the November call with my guest Natala - 'down 15 meds & 200 lbs' Constantine?  It was such a smash that Natala and I are doing an encore call in December and everyone is invited.  Details below and you can sign up for free today!

Hoiday food & fitness survival: Top 10 tips
You want to please them, and you want to keep them "happy".

Yet there can be a serious compromise here if you start eating all these foods in front of you.

Unless it's your selected feast day (See Part 1:  "Be choosy"), it's got the potential to destroy all that you've got going on with your health and fitness goals.

Tip #6/10:

Have you heard of the Satiety Index?  Satiety - a function of bulk and nutrition - is critical for you to be successful at keeping your weight in check.

How do YOUR breakfast foods measure up on the Satiety Index?
