a letter of thanks

Hi ,
 
Within a few short hours of mailing out the
"straight from the heart to let me know" 
survey link, over 70 responses had come
zipping into my mailbox.
 
They're still coming in and I don't know
how to thank you enough for taking the time
to write to me!  The multiple choice results
are graphed for easy reference, and I'm still
going through the personal comments that you
so generously took the time to write. 
 
This is huge for both of us.  It tells me what
you want more of to support you on your health
and fitness quest.  It lets me know what articles,
projects and programs you want more of.   
 
Several key topics quickly rose to the top.  
 
And one of those, not surprisingly, is mindset
and motivation.  I'm excited to tell you that we've 
been on the same track with that one and I have
something in the works for you now that I can't 
wait to tell you more about.  And I promise I will,
soon!
 
For now, one of the best ways to keep motivation
perking is to stay connected with where you want to
go in some way every day. 
 
That's why I have the blog.  And why I
write for you.
