If you have never had a w*eight problem, then you are probably baffled by this even being a question. Yet if you, like me, have a long and colorful diet - and weight - history, then you know exactly what I mean.
The good news is, there is a way to enjoy this freedom for even those who - again, like me - have struggled with their w*eight. Sometimes for years.
