Hi ,
 
Remember the first time you heard that icebergs are bigger below the surface than above?  That what lies on top is a fraction of what lies beneath?
 
It seemed impossible, and I remember it turned my logical world upside down.
 
What really blows me away though is how this same phenomenon plays itself out in our lives. 
 
And with our bodies.
 
I admit I've been obsessing about this thought a bit this week.   Blame it on the Booty Camp Countdown.  You see, I take this prep time very seriously.  And it throws a heap of stuff on my plate to examine about my own journey. 
 
Finding out what was hidden beneath the surface of my weight challenges has been absolutely pivotal to my success.  And it will be the same for you.  Riddled with excuses?  There's a reason.  Too busy to take care of you?  There's a story under the surface.  Trust me.
 
So, it's not surprising that this was topic became the fuel for the video I made for you this week.  It's all about Mindset for Body Transformation.  Once you get that, the whole thing falls in place.  Sure, you need a great diet.  You need to move  your body.  But if you haven't wrapped your head around the whole thing, fuhgedaboudit, am I right?

A master of the mindset of body transformation was Jack Lalanne.  Even though he did not like to work out - preferring, in his own words, to "stay in a hot bed with a hot woman", he would still get up to work out each morning for up to 2 hours because of the tremendous benefits of being fit.

What does it take to really be a winner at achieving your body ideal?

There is one critical element that needs to be in place for you to really achieve what I call fitness freedom and your body ideal. 
 
Yes, diet is critical. 
 
Moving your body is  essential.  And there's a 3rd  piece to Body Transformation.

For you can have the perfect diet, the best workout rotation on the planet, but if you don't have this third important piece, your success is limited if not  simply temporary.

You guessed it - we're talking about your mindset.
 
Mindset for Body Transformation
 
Specifically, I'm going to share with you the 3 Pillars of creating the mindset you need to make lasting, stuff-of-your dreams change to your body shape that for me made the difference between years of limited success and even failure at achieving my body ideal.   
 
Let's call it the  Boot Camp Mind.
 
In this video I reveal to you 3 of the  exact  same Boot Camp Mind Strategies I personally used - and continue to  use - to create my own fitness, fat loss and bodyshaping success. 
 
These are indispensable pieces of my Body Transformation Formula.
 
Boot Camp Mind Strategy  #1)  Decide what you want. 
 
Really.  Decide what you want. What ARE you looking for when it comes to your body shape.  How do you look?  How do you feel?  Energetically as well as physically?  Do not make the mistake of dismissing this question lightly.    Over and over again when I ask women this question, "What do you want?" they'll respond with "I want to be healthier", or "I want to lose weight".   These need to be more specific for you to be able to take specific action. 
 
Boot Camp Mind Strategy #2)  Get off the fence. 
 
You heard me talk about this a little bit in video #1.  This is the strategy that is all about commitment.   Let me ask you a very, very important question.  Are you committed to your best body, or interested in it? 
 
Hear me out - this is a powerful way to assess your level of commitment.   People who are interested in success, will do what is convenient.  People who are committed, do what it takes.  Are you interested in  realizing your body ideal?  Or are you committed to it?  Stop torturing yourself with indecision and get off the fence.
 
Boot Camp Mind Strategy #3)   Pay attention. 
 
Pay attention to what?  To every piece of the puzzle and word on the page of hidden obstacles to your success.  These obstacles  are hiding out in your unconscious mind.
 
You see, here's the thing.  It doesn't matter what you have decided you want or set as your goals.  If achieving those goals or dreams is in conflict, or incongruous, with how you see yourself, your beliefs, or thoughts, the unconscious will always win.  It shows up as excuses, self-sabotage, or even doing the exact opposite of what you planned.  And I know you know what I'm talking about.
 
Here's the good news.  Actually, the liberating news:  these unconscious beliefs are simply habits, and habits can be changed.
 
If you commit to building these 3 pillars of Mindset - critical elements of what I call Boot Camp Mind - it doesn't even matter if you don't do this  perfectly at first.
 
If you and practice Decide what you want,  Get off the Fence, and Pay Attention,  you WILL build your success and have the body ideal lifestyle of your dreams.
