How's December singing along for you? This week has been birthday (dh), anniversary (a whole lotta years!), video production (see my new show below), a bike tour around the wetlands bird sanctuary in the valley, an amazing Teleclass, and packing for travel. And somehow I think you may just have my list beat!

"Booty Camp was a wonderful experience for me!"
Teresa's November Booty Camp Success
Lani's Booty Camp was a wonderful experience for me. I felt supported by all the gals, especially Lani. For example, I was very successful with the diet plan and I absolutely loved:
