Video Tips Wish List: What's on yours, ? (prizes!)

Hi !
It's a busy Monday so I'll just take a minute but this is an opportunity I
know you'll want me to bring to your attention.
With so much positive response to the video tips and mini-workouts
I've been producing lately, I want to come to YOU to see what's on
YOUR wish list for video shorts that you'd like for me to put together
for my blog. And workouts you'd like to see as well.

I'll select one winner from the Facebook posts and one
from the Blog posts and announce them in next week's
