Power outtages! Cold snap! Must have soup!
That's been the story this past, pre-Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Oh well, we just plug into our Rav for a quick power source so we can go online and check weather forecasts and road conditions. True story! Greg got us an ingenious little adapter that lets you plug right into the car for firing up little stuff like modems and computers. Takes the sting out of no lights. Yes, that's me getting lost in the snow drifts!
I'm like a broken record about inviting you to keep your veggie count UP in your diet. That is, if you are looking for a better working body, clear skin, dynamic health and a chance to slip more easily into your favorite jeans.
So to help things along, I pushed the "record" button on my video cam to show you my simple, no fuss muss or bother soup recipe. As I have been known to say (a lot!) I don't like to cook but I love to eat, so anything that minimizes food prep time and maximizes satisfaction and nutrition advantage definitely catches my attention. My simple soup trick to up your veggie count & get your skinny on

Finding it tough to get your veggies in? You know it's at the top of the list of tips for staying trim and energetic, right? Talk about tricks for turning off your fat genes!
Though you know it's important to keep you vegetable count high, many
women struggle with doing just that. For me, after years of veg
eating, it's a piece of cake. So I figure I can help you with what's
now second nature to me. Thus this short video that I quick shot
earlier today on my super-simple-standby soup recipe.
Actually, the list of veggies you could use for your basic soup
recipe is endless. The more colors you mix in, the more super nutrition
you get. In my video, I've shown you my standard veg picks. As a
matter of fact, now that I think of it,this will be a perfect
contribution to my Fit Food Quickies Cookbook!

...overheard at the November 2010 Booty Camp
A little what??? Inch loss! A little does go a very long way in motivating me.
I have moved high
and low within an inch in my waist, abs and hips for years, never able
to break out of that 1" range (but definitely needing to). Well, I am
still in that range, but I am moving down. In less than 10 days since Lani's Booty Camp started, I've lost 1" in the waist,
1/2" in the abs, and 1/2" in the hips.
I think the targeted shaper
workouts and the bursts have made this difference, so I definitely want
to continue those workouts even after Lani's Booty Camp. Heck, I just may
take the workout schedule into the new year!
