If we have been spending any time together at all, you know that I prefer not to focus primarily on our weigh*t when seeking better health and a better life.
I say this as a person who struggled with weight, eating, and their body image for over three decades. Focusing just on the food and just on the weigh*t, or even just on the food and exercise, were not what eventually brought me to resolution and freedom in this realm. It wasn't until I began a mindfulness practice in earnest that I was able to integrate all of the knowledge I had about eating, exercise, health and weigh*t into
a successful, sustainable, happy whole.
So it may come as a surprise to you to see that I am telling you about a new summit that does focus on the weigh*t.
As a matter of fact, to be honest, I debated bringing this to your attention, because an obsession with the weight itself did not lead me to personal well-being.
At the same time...there may be many readers of this newsletter that are seeking some real answers about food choices that can help enormously. After all, if new to the plant-based journey, or confused about eating enough, of what, and when, then these are important tools to have in our toolkit.
