in, and bring joy back to our relationship with food. I’ve partnered with Jill Seebantz, a Lifestyle Eating Psychology coach to help increase awareness in this important message.
The Eating Enlightened online event is an easy-to-follow guide with tools and information you need to learn mindful eating practices, listen to what your body says in what it really needs for health, feeling satiated and our bodies true wellness desires.
