Remember when I said the other day "don't be surprised if you hear from me again before the holidays"?

Well, here I am with another video interview to help ease your way through the holiday season.

My top five tips for navigating the stress and temptations of the holidays video just went up.

Sugar-free cranberry sauce with dates and orange juice recipe!  I share this every year around this time and will be making a batch myself for Thanksgiving.  Actually, I may make it a day early just so I can get started on eating it early!  I put this sauce on my 5-grain cereal, toast, starchy veggies - you name it.  Recipe here.
