One of my intentions with The Mindful Vegan book was to foster the restoration of the pure joy of eating.

To that end, I included 12 yumlicious recipes in the book - including a vegan chocolate mousse.  In the spirit of the season, I've published this recipe ( and some photos!) today on the Mindful Vegan Blog here.

How to Restore Mental Calm Video: Of the several invitations I have had these past few weeks to participate in a facebook LIVE interview as guest, there has been a predominant theme.  Stress management during the busy holidays.  Such was the case Friday when I was guest speaker on the Healthy Happy Hour.  If you missed it, not to worry! The video has been uploaded onto my blog here so you can watch it at your convenience
