With the rapidly growing circles and communities that are accessing this new book and project, it is pure joy to see how enthusiastically she is being received. this now who where were able to come out, get your copy of The Mindful Vegan signed, share some laughter and silence, and enjoy the samples of cheese from Miyoko's Kitchen.
Book clubs, wellness centers, college communities, and plant-based and vegan
community groups are reaching out to me daily, and I am happy to bring presentations and offer support in any way that I can.
Congratulations to the hundreds of women and men who completed The Mindful Vegan Virtual Retreat. For four days we studied
together, meditated together, and celebrated together the pure joy of compassionate eating and living. This is the first time I have done something like this with the launch of a book, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Chef Aj Facebook LIVE. Chef Aj has invited me to be on her facebook live show this Wednesday, October 25. Hopefully all the technology will cooperate and those who have access to facebook will join us! Scheduled for noon
