On to the topic of discussion I opened with in today's Juice for the Journey newsletter subject line. If
we have known each other for any length of time - it doesn't take much, even if you've just joined this newsletter community and taken a peek at the Blog - you know that I am clearly going on a 'd*iet".
Over twenty years ago, burned out on fluctuating weight, food regimens, and being at odds with my weight and body, I let go of all of it in the interests of finding my naturally healthy body and a healthy, happy relationship with food, eating, and my body. By combining whole foods plant-based nutrition with a mindfulness practice, that is exactly what happened. I dive into this all in much more depth in The Mindful
