Have you ever made pasta?
Not me. But on Monday I got a chance when I dropped by the kitchen of Miyoko Schinner of Miyoko's Kitchen fame.
Miyoko, fresh back from leading a Vegano Italiano tour of Italy, taught me how to make pasta
orecchiette, and it's easier than I thought.

It's almost a full hour show, and we
talked about a little bit of everything: pasta, cooking, perfectionism and why it's problematic, mindfulness practice, my new book, and we did a giveaway of The Plant-Based Journey, too.
Needless to say Greg is now after me to make some pasta in our own kitchen. Now that I know how simple it is, how can I not?
