Here is the
link to the survey I told you I would be sending to you this week. I can't wait to see what you have to say, you were so helpful with sharing your thoughts while I was researching for
The Plant-Based Journey.
New Book!
As I launch
in to the manuscript of my next book, I am eager to get your feedback on successes and challenges with implementing your food plan.
Many people have expressed that even once they have the basics, and know how to pull it all together in their kitchen, other challenges often surface with regards to food and eating.
Inner challenges are approached in the Mastering Strength of Mind chapter of
Journey. Now, it's time for this topic to expand to an entire book. On the heels of the success of The Plant-Based Journey, my publisher has asked me to do just that.
The Focus
This is the focus - growing mindfulness in a way that positively impacts our lives in the eating dimension and beyond.
What ongoing stresses or obstacles hamper progress and ease as you move forward with this way of eating? Everything from mindless eating, emotional overeating, stress eating, mindless snacking, or any other way the shoe pinches, even down to the stresses of what we experience living amidst a massive population that is not conscious of - or does not want to face - the ongoing ethical, be it environmental ethics, animal ethics - and the health aspects
of what we put on our plates.
I want to find out more about your overall satisfaction and any ongoing challenges with living and eating a whole foods plant diet. I am also eager to find out what you would like more of to support you in continuing to move successfully forward.
In The Plant-Based Journey, you got all the important steps for dietary and lifestyle transition: what to get on the
plate, to push off your plate, how to set things up, social situations....and more.
How Can I Help Even More?
In my desire to help increase
joy, ease, and
well-being with this way of eating and ease of weight management, if weight is a concern. I can't wait to see your responses to the
survey questions.
Thank you so much for taking a few minutes to respond. Please note that I have provided a place for you to leave your name and email if I have permission to contact you for more information and details as desired.

P.S. Thanks for all the lovely birthday wishes! "When I'm 64" is no longer just a song title. I can't think of a better way to celebrate than to give birth to a new book for you. Well, that and a little champagne and birthday
cake!
