Hi ,

I know, it's been a few weeks since I've written, yet I have good reason.  We've been off the grid for the better part of the last month.

We have just returned from three weeks of adventure on a Biodiversity Expedition in Indonesia.

Greg has just put together a short video of our underwater - and above water -adventures in a short video . We dove alongside manta rays, sea turtles, and yes, even sea snakes!.

Along the way we enjoyed lots of great whole food plant-based eats, too.  You’ll see some of our meals on the page here – following the expedition action videos – complete with descriptions.

Needless to say, there is a lot for me to catch up on but  I wanted to report in to you with these pictures and video first!

2 more messages coming this week....

Just to let  you know in advance, there are two other notes you will receive from me in your inbox this week.

  • Tasty Life Summit

First, tomorrow I will be sending out a message for a new free online program on plant-based, vegan entrepenurs.  I was interviewed along with Miyoko Schinner, Chef AJ, Chad Sarno, Robert Cheeke, and more in the whole food plant-based community for The Tasty Life summit.  More about this in a special news edition I'll send to your inbox Monday morning.

  • My new book!  And new survey...

Yes, as I think I've told you, I just signed for my next book!

For The Plant-Based Journey, I reached out to you on more than one occasion with survey questions. It so enriched the book that I want to do this again for book #3.  I hope that you will help out by sharing more about your experiences!  I plan to have this ready so that I can send you the survey link by my birthday midweek.

Until then, can't wait to hear your thoughts on the blog!  See you there.

Love, light and happiness on your journey today,

Lani
