Hi ,
I've just returned from our nation's capital where I had a more spectacular time than I ever could have
imagined.
I had been invited to speak at the Eat Well Stay Well Conference in Maryland, and then invited by PCRM to come in a day early and present for their members at the PCRM offices.
In between I had time to romp around the gates of the white house, take a train to a destination vegan eatery, and meet up with fellow sojourners on this plant-based path.
I took a ton of pictures, and best of all, a LIVE video with Dr.
Barnard, who graciously drove me to the conference in Maryland where we were sharing the stage.
He even played some of his musical compositions for me - yes, our beloved Dr. Barnard is in a rock band!
