Hi ,

This just in and I couldn't wait to tell you: Congratulations to The Plant-Based Journey - in addition to the growing number of doctors recommending her to their patients as definitive guide to successful transition to plant-based living, she's now DIETITIAN recommended!

Today's article features Timaree Hagenburger, RD, plant-based dietitian, college professor, and good-eating activist who is featuring Journey on her college course reading lists and as guide for her on-campus Thrive on Plants club.

Come by and meet Timaree, read her very interesting story AND the unique way that she brought her whole family along on the plant-based journey.

Next: In addition to showing others how plant-based nutrition is recommended by doctors and dietitians with the pages I've provided, could you use some references from the medical community for friends, family, naysayers and other plant-interested parties?

This week on my column at Azumio:  "The Healthiest Diet as Recommended by Kaiser Permanente".  This can be a game-changer and eye-opener for many - when they see an entire well-known health care provider giving plant-based the thumbs up, sometimes they listen a little more carefully.

More juice for your journey....

Thanks for your ongoing support and company on this venture - let's get more people eating plants!
Lani

P.S. I'll be presenting Sunday, January 30 at SacTown Vegfest at 12:30.  I will be there signing books, answering questions....and hopefully meeting YOU!  If you are anywhere near Sacramento (it's a 2 hour drive for me) and you come by please please introduce yourself!

More Cheers for The Plant-Based Journey...

Kim Campbell, author of The Plant-Pure Nation cookbook and daughter of the honorable T. Colin Campbell, just posted her review of The Plant-Based Journey on Amazon. Thank you Kim!
