Hi ,
Tis the season for all those seasonal foods!
That
means the apples, the oranges, the cranberries, the pumpkins and other squashes.
It also means the traditional cookies, candies, cakes, and pies.
For some of us it starts with a handful of Halloween candy starting us on a sugary sleigh ride all the way into the new year, arriving us on January one with added weight,
exacerbated health problems, and a pile of regrets.
What if you could have your favorite holiday treat tastes without all the regrets?
Would you like to hear about that?
That's exactly what they wanted me to show on CBS TV in Sacramento this
week.
I've got the full five minute video for you from the show on the blog here. You'll see Cranberry Orange Date
Sauce, Pumpkin Muffins, Apple Crisp, and Chocolate Cherry Truffles from The Plant-Based Journey.
And you'll see how I make them all without added sugar, butter, or oil.
Right after the show, I was invited to come back again and now I want
to hear YOUR ideas about segment ideas! Please leave your thoughts right on the blog article.
Plant-Based Journey now in
second printing!
Holy hot off the press!
She hasn't been out even 2 months and just went to second printing. Thank you everyone. We're in this together!
Let's get more people eating plants. Avanti!

P.S. Just a reminder for those in the Healthy Happy and Fit Club that we will be having a call/webcast on Wednesday, November 11, 10:00 a.m.
Cultivating the calm behind the busy mind....Healthy Happy and Fit Club Call November 11
Don't worry if you can't make the call live - I always record for later. Our topic is on mindfulness training - "cultivating the calm behind the busy mind". Welcome to all the new members! A mindfulness practice is central
and critical to my well-being, and I've seen it make a difference for so many. I'm looking forward to sharing some of these insights and practices with you on the call.
