Which Plant-Based Food Plan is Right for You? |
Ciao !,
We're eating, hiking, writing, and adventuring our way around Italy and Switzerland - someone's got to prove how easy it is to eat plant-based wherever you are in the world! I've been snapping pictures of veg eateries along the way and

for you.
- is a moratorium on salt and sugar mandatory?
- are nuts a no-no?
- is flour forbidden?
- is bread banned"
