Hi ,
Yesterday I had a dentist appointment.
With Thanksgiving this week, plus a new section of my book to finish up for my publisher, it's not as if there isn't plenty going on. I'm sure you know the feeling.
Yet when I arrived at the dentist's office, I was greeted by this most beautiful
tree, magnificent in its fall colors.
It was so breathtaking, I quickly snapped a photo to share with you. That's her - the tree - in the sidebar right.
And this same tree, it just so happens, stands right outside the window where my appointment
chair awaited.
That means I got to enjoy this tree the entire time.
Nature has the qualities of transporting us and dismantling stress in an instant,
doesn't it?
With so much on our plates this week - literally - slipping into holiday overwhelm can happen before we know it.
Maybe it sounds old fashioned, but why not
join me in connecting more with nature this week? Wherever you find her. We can think of it as looking for the tree outside the dentist's office.
