I am literally packing my bags with one hand while writing to you with the other.

For this is the weekend of the long-awaited, celebrated Health Taste of Sacramento Event!
 
Even with so much to do this morning, there have been so many exciting developments this week that I had to get a quick note out to you about:

  • The call from the FDA (true story!)
  • My new mountain bike
  • The winner of the cookbook giveaway (we had over 325 entries! Even Ann Esselstyn herself called me with enthusiasm about this successful giveaway!)
