I worked with my audio guy and we edited all 8 FQ Practice Tracks into one

tight gem that takes just 50 minutes.  I cut out all the minutes I could without losing

form checks, stretch, and brief instruction.  I thought it would be a simple process

but between you and me, it took us 3 weeks to get it!  Man!

 

Anyway, it's ready NOW and I want to get it into your hot hands before

we hit Labor Day.
