Hi !
Surprise! Early publication for FitDream Ezine this week.
Several reasons for early release. I'm traveling later this week, and even though I could send this out from the road, there is a special event taking place with the release of Fit Quickie #3 today and I need to be in my office to work with the requests and BONUS special offers coming in.
Triceps.
How are yours? Wincing yet?
So many women have concerns about this part of the anatomy that seems to take on a mind of its own!
The triceps just don't have much of a demand place on them (my kayaking and rowing readers excepted!) and it's no wonder they lose shape.
