January!  Chill and beauty all at once.  And in California this week, earthquakes!
 
Despite the reputation CA has for being earthquake country, we haven't felt a rumble here in years.  Even though the rattle and roll earlier this week was centered nearby, we didn't feel a thing!  Actually, we were kind of disappointed, isn't that silly?  We were on a walk to the lake and didn't even see a leaf rustle.  
 
Right on the heels  of last week's "How Muscles Are Made" article, is my NEW Special Report, "The Forgotten Body Shaping Secret".  Read all about it in today's Feature Article.
