Fast forwarding - isn't that what it feels like?  Moving fast forward? - to the end of '09.
 
This year has presented it's share of joys and challenges for each of us. 
 
And here we are, another year stronger and wiser!
 
Personally, there have also been multiple developments in my business.   And two of those have just been given birth to. I would like to tell you a little about one of them today. See today's What's New at Fitness DreamMakers below.
 
I'll save the second for next week (suspense!). Purposely keeping today's newsletter not only early, but short at this very busy time of year as we enjoy the crowning celebrations of the New Year festivities.
