Well, my year has been made.
It has been punctuated enthusiastically by the experience 15 women gave me at last weekend's Muscles Mud and Merlot Fitness Retreat.

resort was fab, the sessions were hard work but worth every drop of

Holistic Fitness Lifestyle Coach Lani Muelrath, M.A., specializes in helping women succeed in their w*eight
