Just how DOES a Ms. Fitness America eat?  Well, this one is telling us all about it and has created some meals plans to download for F*REE through July 17.  See today's Feature Article.
 
Did you make it to the TeleSeminar with skin and beauty expert Carrie Pierce last night?  I barely got through 1/2 of my list of questions!  Fantastic presentation on Carrie's part, fabulous turnout...and she's promised to be back.  Yay!  Thanks to all who came to the call.
 
Welcome to all the new registrations for the Fall Woman's Fitness BluePrint session!  You'll notice that once you just register for this event, things start moving forward for you in your fitness quest.  Intention is a powerful ally.

My dance card is full for the next couple of days.  I'm off to explore some favorite things in San Francisco and will share all about it when I return.  I'll be interviewing Burr Leonard at her Bar Method studio, tearing through the racks at Lululemon (my favorite active - and living - wear) and enjoying a stay at a darling Bed and Breakfast that I found.  Pictures!  Details! Vegetarian Diets Come In Many Flavors

You may be asking, what kind of veggie diet are these meal plans about?
