![]() Secret To A Flat Stomach...T-Tapp Wellness Workout Style
by Lani Muelrath, M.A.
When it comes
to being high on the list of fitness, w*eight loss, and body shaping
concerns, finding ways to flatten the stomach always seems to be at the
top of the list. There's another trick in the arsenal of belly-flattening techniques that you must try if you haven't already.
You can find in the T-Tapp Wellness Workout. It's called "Organs in Place/Half Frogs".
And as the T-Tapp workout is featured in the June 1, 2009 issue of People magazine which hit the stands May 22 (page 86), there's no time like
the present to start - or reinvest in - the T-Tapp secret to a flat
stomach.
Briefly, the People magazine story features Heather Petrie who lost over 100 lbs
while using T-Tapp. Heather's story is remarkable not only due to her
weight loss, but her inspirational journey with MS as well. An
important component of Heather's workouts is this unusual
belly-flattening move.
And with one of the all-time favorite videos on the YouTube FitnessDreamMaker channel being "7 Seconds To A Flat Belly", I know that this is one topic - the quest for a flatter stomach - that just won't quit.
I have observed how this simple exercise series has taken inches off the belly with 10 days of practice.
True story. Read on.
But first,
a little insight into what creates belly pooch. Then links to where
you can study the details of this move. You can even acquire it on video
should you so desire.
Let's get started.
What is belly pooch all about?
That bulge below the belt is
actually due to a combination of factors. Extra avoir du pois is easily
deposited in the belly for most of us. No mistaking that this is a
contributor to belly pooch. Weight loss and fat loss always improve
the situation.
But weight and body fat, as it turns out, are not the whole story.
Prolapse of internal organs
Due to the effects of gravitational pull
- and the contribution of our upright posture to same - there can be a
progressive displacement of the organs of the abdominal cavity.
This
can result in protrusion of the belly forward - belly "pooch". It can
also result in increasing pressure on the pelvic floor, creating
continence problems as well.
With
the Organs in Place/Half frogs move as featured in T-Tapp, the problem
is addressed directly. Manual pressure is implemented to restore
position of internal organs in the abdominal cavity while on ones back
- effectively using gravitaional pull to one's advantage.
This flattens the abdominal wall immediately. Then, a series of reverse-type abdominal curls is engaged in to tighten the newly flattened lower abdomen.
2 inches off the belly pooch in 10 days?
Yes,
scout's honor I have seen these kind of results. Yet realize this
doesn't mean that 2 inches of bodyfat came off the belly pooch area in
10 days. That would be impossible without surgical intervention such
as liposuction.
What
HAS occurred with this kind of dramatic inch loss through the lower
abdomen is the restoration of position of internal organs. This
includes the assist of the Half Frogs reverse curl to tighten and tone
the transversus abdominal muscle over the newly flattened abdominal
area.
Where's the proof?
The
proof is in the pudding with this one and is based entirely on
observation and testimonial. I have no x-ray images of actual shift of
internal organs due to this simple exercise.
What I DO have, however, is the personally experienced benefit of this move along with results from clients and students.
You might want to give it a try.
Where to see the exercise and video
You
can see the snapshots of "how to" for Organs in Place/Half Frogs right
on the T-Tapp site in the "Try Before You Buy" section here: Organs in Place/Half Frogs.
However,
in my experience this can be a tough one to get from still photos and
text. You can snap up the video version of this move here simply navigate to the Target Pop page and scan for "Organs in Place/ Half Frogs".Or better yet, you can pick up a copy of the T-Tapp book Fit and Fabulous In 15 Minutes.
The entire Organs in Place/Half Frogs sequence is on the DVD that comes with the book.
And remember to pop on into a newsstand and check out the article in People while it's still on the stands.
