How was your Earth Day? We celebrated with walks in the woods, low-on-the-food-chain meals, and a commitment to do right by the feral cat that gave birth to 5 kittens in our shed (!) by searching for homes for them and making arrangements to have her spayed. Not what we'd planned, but sometimes you just have to look out for the innocents, the ferals, and wildlife.
Do you summer plans include some travel? There are bodyweight workouts that you can not only do at home, but take on the road because they provide a challenge without any extra equipment; see the link to the article featuring a couple of workouts in Highlights. I hope you have tulips in your yard as I do - I'm so glad my husband was inspired last fall to pop these into the ground, the splash of color is such an inspiration!
